Mobile phone masts and the affairs of Braddan Commissioners will be debated at this month's sitting of Tynwald.

The court will also consider a report into issues surrounding the suspension from duty of Neil Kinrade, a former deputy chief constable of the Manx police.

Tynwald will examine a Council of Ministers report into the Health Impacts of Mobile Phone Masts in the Isle of Man.

The study, which followed on from an investigation by a group headed by the director of public health, concludes there are no general risks, but makes a number of recommendations.

The court will also receive a report into the efficiency and effectiveness of the handling by the Department of Home Affairs and the Isle of Man Constabulary of allegations made against Mr Kinrade in 2002.

He was suspended after allegations the Manx police secretly recorded conversations between lawyers and their clients by bugging an interview room, for a period of ten years.

Braddan Commissioners are also up for discussion following a select committee report into their affairs.

It surrounds the dismissal of the local authority's clerk Charles 'Buster' Lewin in March 2007 and includes several recommendations.
