Peel Commissioners are renewing their call for ambulance cover in the west of the Island.
As members consider their response to the government's consultation on the future of the health service, they are asking why the issue isn't included in the document.
They are particularly concerned by the omission because suggestions from the DHSS include nursing more elderly residents in the community.
