Demesne Road fire inquest today

An inquest into the death of a man who died in a blaze in Demesne Road, Douglas is being held at the town's courthouse today.

The body of 61 year-old builder Terry Losh was found after a flat-fire in March.

The road was closed for several days, while investigations were carried out.

The inquest will be opened and adjourned by coroner Michael Moyle.

Thirty-four year old Simon Paul Leece has been charged with Mr Losh's murder.

He also faces two counts of arson, destroying property with intent to endanger life and damaging property with intent to endanger life.

Time of inquest: 9.30am.
