by isleofman.com 18th May 2009

The Macmillan Cancer Information Bus returns to the Isle of Man this week.

The bus - which provides facts, advice and support on all forms of the disease - will spend four days at locations across the Island.

Last year, around 160 people made use of the service, which will be in the Peel Shoprite car park from 10am today.

Macmillan's cancer information and support manager Theresa Grainger says it's important for people to get answers to their questions about the disease (play audio file):

The bus will be in the Shoprite car park in Ramsey, from 10am to 4pm tomorrow, and in the Port Erin one for the same period of six hours on Wednesday.

It will complete its schedule with a six hour stint in Regents Street, Douglas from 10am on Thursday.
