Minister delighted with investment awards showing

Treasury Minister Allan Bell is praising the Isle of Man's finance sector, after the Island and firms based here picked up a stack of honours at the International Investment Awards this week.

The Island was named Best International Finance Centre for the eighth time in nine years, and there were awards for Royal Skandia, Zurich International, AXA IOM, Fairbairn Private Bank and Standard Bank.

Allan Bell says it's fantastic news and feels it's the best showing to date, given the current economic climate:
