'Bad governance' to blame for health problems

A platform to attack the weak, the poor and the sick.

That’s how an Onchan MHK has described a major consultation launched by the Health department.

It assesses a range of options on how healthcare should be funded in the future and whether certain services and benefits should be targeted at those with the greatest need.

However, Peter Karran says the consultation is an excuse for not addressing bad governance over a generation.
