Fostering Fortnight underway

If you have ever considered becoming a foster parent, now is the time to take the plunge!

Fostering Fortnight in the Island is underway, with the aim of finding new recruits willing to provide a stable family home for youngsters in care.

There's an urgent need for more foster families, as many children currently living in care homes could benefit from a family environment.

Steven Tasker and his wife became foster parents several years ago, and have helped nurture nine children over the past three years.
