An Onchan MHK says he hopes people aren’t suffering from "consultation fatigue", as the DHSS asks for their views.
David Quirk is worried that very few people have responded to a consultation exercise being carried out about the future of the Island's health service.
He says it's important for local residents to have their say on the strategy document, and at tomorrow's sitting of the House of Keys he will ask Health Minister Eddie Teare how many people have been in touch.
Mr Quirk told Manx Radio:
"I would encourage anybody, because there is 2,500 of these documents printed.
"I don't want them to be left in cubby-holes and libraries, just collecting dust, so if anybody wants these particular ones they are on the government's website (gov.im), and you can also get one by ringing 685004 and asking for a copy to be sent to you.
"At least you are engaging in this particular exercise, and I want people to do that."
