But they were given a scare by Valkyrs B before emerging 3-1 winners in a penalty shoot-out after a 1-1 draw.

Neil Jacobs scored the Valkyrs B goal.

In the women’s cup quarter-finals, Ramsey A were too strong for Harlequins A.

They won 7-1, led by a Lowri Bamber hat-trick.

Sarah Breen netted twice with Julie Chesterton and Jo Quine grabbing the others.

Monica Mugati scored the Quins’ consolation.
