Hospice says new building is a huge success

Hospice Isle of Man says its new building in Braddan has vastly improved the services it can offer.

The new site alongside Noble's Hospital opened in November 2007, and the organisation says since then admissions have increased by nearly 40 per cent.

Hospice Isle of Man cares for people with terminal illnesses, as well as helping families, and raises ?3 million a year to provide services.

Chief executive Margaret Simpson says the building has made a huge difference to the organisation:
