Onchan MHK David Quirk wants to know whether the Island’s hyperbaric chamber is still being properly funded by the DHSS.
He says he has been approached by a number of constituents who claim they are unable to be referred to the chamber in Douglas.
This morning in the House of Keys, he will quiz Health Minister Eddie Teare on whether the problem is about money to operate the facility.
Mr Quirk says it's an invaluable resource and he doesn't want to see it lost for a lack of cash.
He told Manx Radio:
"It was built by public subscription years ago.
"The facilty was put at the back of the fire station, it was expanded and, as far as I know, it has it's own oxygen plant there.
"I think there's two full-time members of staff and one part-time that actually run it, and the benefits that people do get, of all ages to tell you the truth, including persons that have sports injuries, is terrific.
"I've not heard anybody yet that's not found the facility great."
Other issues to be raised in Keys questions today include pay rises for the chief executive of the Financial Supervision Commission, the ongoing review by the United Kingdom of its dependent territories, and the impact on the Isle of Man of the recent UK budget.
Three bills are also on the order paper.
There will be live coverage of question time on Manx Radio's AM 1368 service, from 10am.
The Legislative Council is also sitting, and is due to give a third reading to the Prohibition of Female Genital Mutilation Bill.
