A union is raising concerns over claims 'excessive' hours are being worked by staff at a care provider in the Isle of Man.
The Transport and General Workers union says it's had a series of complaints from workers at homes run by the St Christopher's Fellowship.
They include claims of long-day working, double shifts and having to provide routine cover for absence and vacant posts.
St Christopher's is contracted by the DHSS to provide residential centres, a secure home and other care services for children in the Island.
The organisation denies staff are required to work any overtime, and says no complaints about shifts have been raised with them.
