TTXGP - Mandate item on Keys questions

Tourism Minister Martyn Quayle was quizzed on the abandoned plans to hold extra practice sessions for the TTXGP, in the House of Keys today.

North Douglas MHK John Houghton wanted to know why the decision to close the roads an hour earlier on four days during practice week was taken without consultation with stakeholders.

Mr Quayle insisted that wasn't the case, but Mr Houghton went on to press him on who had advised him in the decision.
