Man knocked out in 'violent attack' outside Douglas nightclub

Police are investigating what they describe as a violent and unprovoked attack outside a Douglas nightclub in the early hours of this morning.

A man was knocked unconscious outside Colours at around 3.25.

A large number of people were outside the club at the time and police are particularly interested in speaking to a man seen fleeing the scene.

He's described as white, 30-40 years old, of medium build with short dark hair and was wearing a distinctive pink jumper.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident, or anyone with information regarding the identity of the offender.
