Rushen MHK Quintin Gill is unconvinced by the performance of the Chief Minister's Drug and Alcohol Strategy, describing it as 'expensive political window dressing'.
He says it's done little to justify the ?5.4 million pounds of taxpayers' money which has been spent on it and has serious concerns about the value and purpose of it, and even the rationale behind it.
Mr Gill, who was given the figure in a written Tynwald reply from Home Affairs Minister Adrian Earnshaw, also disputes the Minister's examples of the strategy's success.
