The secretary of a village action group has stepped down from the position.
Eddie Power has resigned from the Ballasalla and District Residents Association due to poor health.
He is thanking everyone for his support and will be succeeded by Barry Nutter.
Mr Power, who will continue to edit the Association website - badra.org - is also thanking local government officials for agreeing to install gas central heating and double glazed front and rear doors in the older 'horseshoe' section of the Clagh Vane estate.
