Police are appealing for witnesses to an accident on the Dalby Road yesterday.
It happened at the hairpin bend near the disused quarry at around 12.30pm.
Officers in Peel would like to speak to the driver of a faded blue Ford Transit van that was seen driving in the area at the time of the incident, or anyone else who may have information.
