'Poop catcher' success in promenade test

A lone horse tram was out on the promenade today, as Douglas Borough Council tested a new device.

The 'pooper catcher' is designed to stop the mess which the animals make when nature calls.

John Moss went along to find out if it worked, and this was his report on Mandate at One:
