A 34 year-old Douglas man accused of murder will appear in court again today.
Simon Paul Leece, of Fairfield Terrace was charged following a blaze in Demesne Road on March 22, in which builder Terry Losh lost his life.
He is also accused of arson and destroying property with intent to endanger life.
The other charges follow further fires in Clarke Street and Peveril Street on the same day, and a blaze in Bucks Road on March 21.
