The Island's Bishop will be braving the cold temperatures of the sea this Easter.
Thousands of people are expected to line the Promenade in Peel on Easter Sunday to watch the first interdominational 'Baptism on the Beach' which will bring together Anglicans, Roman Catholics and Pentecostalists.
The Right Reverend Robert Paterson is organising the event and says it's an opportunity for those already baptised to reaffirm their faith, in or out of the water.
He's been explaining exactly what will be happening.
Baptism on the Beach begins at 3.30pm on Easter Sunday and is expected to finish well before 5pm.
If the weather is bad, the event will be moved to the grounds of St German's Cathedral.
