Commissioners in Castletown have paid tribute to Bob Sellors and Tom Glassey, two former members who died recently.
Mr Sellors and his wife Ann were the first husband and wife team to serve on the board.
Tom Glassey, who had been fighting cancer for some time, also died last month.
Chairman Richard Ronan said he was a 'wonderful Castletown man who would be sadly missed'.
At the board meeting this week, commissioners observed a minute's silence for both men.
