Demesne Road fire - accused due in court

A 34 year-old Douglas man charged with murder is due in court again today.

Simon Paul Leece, of Fairfield Terrace, also faces two counts of arson and destroying property with intent to endanger life, and two of damaging property with intent to endanger life.

He was charged following the death of 61 year-old builder Terry Losh in a fire in Demesne Road on March the 22nd, fires in Clarke Street and Peveril Street on the same day, and a blaze in Bucks Road on March the 21st.
