by isleofman.com 6th April 2009

The new Promenade Medical Centre in Douglas opened its doors to the public for the first time today.

It's relocated to premises in Chester Street.

The new facility cost ?800,000 and replaces the old centre which the DHSS said was no longer fit for purpose.

You can get to the new centre by taking the lift or stairs outside Shoprite in Chester Street to the second floor.
