Passenger group criticises 'confusing' regulations

Constantly changing airline regulations confuse passengers, according to a member of TravelWatch Isle of Man.

Paul Moncaster says members of his organisation struggle to keep up with changes, particularly online.

Some of the more confusing issues include the cost of baggage and ticking a box for insurance.

Since its public meeting on Saturday, TravelWatch has already had to update its information on one airline which serves the Island.

Mr Moncaster also believes the trend towards online booking is alienating elderly travellers who aren't computer literate:
