Police probe Bunty's theft

Police are investigating a burglary in Port St Mary.

It happened at Bunty's Taxis (Hudsons’s Yard) in Lime Street between 1.15 am and 7.30 am this morning (Wednesday).

Entry had been forced into the office and an amount of cash was stolen.

The money was mostly pound coins and smaller denomination coins, together with approximately 300 Euros.

Shopkeepers and other businesses are being asked to look out for people using unusual amounts of coins.
