Tax agreement with France today, and more to come

The Treasury Minister will today finalise a tax agreement with a country which has recently been prominent in critcising so called 'tax havens'.

But Allan Bell is confident the signing ceremony, due to take place in the Isle of Man, will underline the positive view France now has of the Island.
