Lloyds TSB's business development manager Adrian Olsen has become the bank's champion for Freedom to Flourish.
The champions are part of the long term government strategy which aims to create an environment where everyone can achieve their potential. They are invited to join the initiative by Chief Minister Tony Brown.
Mr Olsen says he is honoured to become involved in the strategy which unites people from all walks of life in a common purpose.
He says joining the scheme also highlights Lloyds TSB's track record of involvement with the local community.
