Family concerned for well being of missing man

by isleofman.com 9th March 2009
Police in Douglas are trying to locate a man who has been missing from his home for over three weeks.

Twenty-two year-old Matthew Pierce McCann has not been in touch with his family since Saturday, February 14 and they don't know where he is.

He is described as white-skinned, about five feet, ten inches tall, of thin build and with short mousey-blonde hair. It's though he may have a small goatee beard, also mousey-blonde in colour.

It's being stressed that Mr McCann is not in any sort of trouble, and police are merely trying to confirm he is safe and well.

Police say they would be grateful if Mr McCann, or anybody who knows where he is, could get in touch.

The number to ring is Police Headquarters in Douglas, on 631212.

The picture was provided by Mr McCann's family and was taken recently.
