Civil partnerships, the ?2.2 million runway extension oversight and problems experienced by local football fans attempting to see their teams in the United Kingdom are among the issues which will be raised during question time in the House of Keys today.
There are three questions on social services issues for written reply, and Rushen MHK Juan Watterson will seek permission to bring forward a private members' bill to reform the budgetary process.
The UK's Civil partnership Act of 2004 gave same-sex couples rights and responsibilities identical to those of married couples of the opposite sex, and Onchan MHK Peter Karran will ask when such legislation will be introduced here.
He also wants to know if any disciplinary action has been taken in relation to the Treasury's failure to purchase Euros in advance to pay for the runway extension, an oversight which increased the cost by ?2.2 million.
Malew and Santon MHK Graham Cregeen has questions about security issues at the airport, while Rushen member Quintin Gill will ask what mechanisms are planned to represent the views of supporters in the Isle of Man who find that club matches are rescheduled as a result of decisions by UK police forces.
The social services questions cover the shelter for the homeless in Harris Terrace, Douglas; DHSS allowances paid to people in residential homes; and the effect of qualifying for the Old Age Pension on recipients of the Carers' Allowance.
The Advocates (Amendment) Bill and the Prohibition of Female Genital Mutilation Bill are down for second reading, and the Gender Recognition Bill is due to be given a third reading today.
Question time in the House of Keys will be broadcast live on Manx Radio from 10am.
