Tougher controls needed on alcohol sales - MHK

Should the Isle of Man consider following Scotland's lead in banning cheap alcohol?

The Edinburgh government wants to impose a minimum price for alcohol as it believes drink is being sold for what it describes as "pocket money" prices.

It's suggesting offers, such as three alcoholic drinks for the price of two, should be banned.
