FSA 'didn't transfer funds'

The chief executive of the Financial Services Authority has said he didn't ask for cash from the Isle of Man branch of Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander to the UK bank.

Hector Sant was giving evidence at a UK Treasury Committee in London.

?500 million pounds was sent to the UK and Mr Sant has been accused of asking for the transfer, an action he completely denies.
