Local govt structure needs re-examining

A more effective and more accountable system of local government.

That’s what the ultimate aim should be, says the Chief Minister.

Although no firm proposals for local government reform are currently in the pipeline, the issue remains.

And Tony Brown has repeated his belief that the structure of local government needs re-examining.
