Imperial War Museum - local firm gets makeover brief

A Manx company has been given the task of undertaking a makeover of the Imperial War Museum in London.

Costain Heritage will be responsible for the Museum's first ever strategic master-plan and will lead a team of heritage consultants, including architects and property specialists.

Work is underway.

The company was previously involved in developing the Jorvik Viking Centre in York.

Director Fritha Costain says they'll be looking at a whole range of improvements.
