Young people who have experienced homelessness will be going into the Island's secondary schools to warn others not to follow in their footsteps.
The Peer Education System has been set up by Kemmyrk - a Manx charity which helps the homeless.
The system is being funded by a £3,000 pounds donation from the Church Welfare Association.
Homelessness Projects Development Officer, Fiona Robinson, decided to bring in the scheme having seen how well in works in the UK.
You can contact Fiona Robinson on 685121.
