Budget will give 'business as usual' message

Manx Radio political correspondent Roger Watterson believes the treasury minister will make more effort that usual to get the 'business as usual' message across in his eighth budget today.

On Agenda last night, he said it was important to maintain confidence in the Island, in the face of the worldwide economic downturn.

But did he expect tax rises and cuts in public services to help balance the books?
