Man threatened in Strand Street

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was threatened by another man in Strand Street in Douglas earlier this week.

It happened near Shoe Zone some time between 3.15pm and 4pm on Monday.

The man who made the threats was wearing a navy blue polo shirt and jacket, black trousers and white trainers.

PC Conrad Roberts of the Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team says the incident is part of an ongoing investigation, adding that police treat matters like this very seriously.
