Balladoole chosen for sewage facility

The search for a location for a sewage treatment plant in the north of the Island is over.

The Department of Transport has confirmed the IRIS North project will be based at Balladoole farm in Andreas.

The facility will be located within the 130 acre site, and director of drainage at the DoT Peter Winstanley says the work will include getting sewage to the location:
