Police out to thwart Gymns vandals

by isleofman.com 7th February 2009
Police will be stepping up patrols around Tromode tonight (Friday) to prevent a repeat of last week's vandalism in the area.

Overnight last Friday a large double-glazed window in the changing rooms at Gymns Football Club was smashed.

Officers investigating the criminal damage believes the vandals are regularly in Tromode on Friday evenings and hope a visible presence tonight will prevent further damage.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to ring police on 631212 or the anonymous Crimestoppers line, on 0800 555 111.
