Cup Ties with Shock Factor?

by isleofman.com 6th February 2009
There are potentially several fascinating first round F.A. Cup ties on Saturday afternoon afternoon.

The big clash is a repeat of the Railway Cup Final where Peel will be looking for revenge over Rushen at Douglas Road.

Many Premier League sides face visits to Second Division teams.

Holders St. George's go to in-form Marown, Michael travel to Malew, Ayre face a test at St. John's, Laxey will be cautious about an encounter with cup specialists Pulrose and Onchan host Ramsey.

The other two matches are all Premier League affairs - St. Mary's play Union Mills at The Bowl and Colby travel to Blackberry Lane to take-on Old Boys.
