Big Team set for Aland

The Isle of Man is set to send the third biggest team to the Natwest Island Games in Aland later this year.

According to official figures released by the International Island Games Association, 230 athletes will be in the Manx party.

Only the hosts and Jersey will have more competitors.

In all, over 3,200 will compete in Aland making it the largest Island Games gathering yet.

The event takes place between Saturday 27th June and Saturday 4th July.
