Brown's 'transparency' recognised by LVP

The leader of the Liberal Vannin Party has told its inaugural conference that transparency has improved during Tony Brown’s time as chief minister.

Peter Karran also said the party must consolidate and build on its position, nearly two and a half years after its formation.

And he warned of difficult times ahead, economically (play attached audio file):
