Babb fully behind skatepark plan

As the argument over whether there should be a skatepark facility in Onchan grinds on, one commissioner has come out and said he thinks it would be a big boost for the area.

Steven Babb says it would give youngsters something really constructive to do, and he is recommending Onchan should follow the example set by Ramsey:
