The Doctor is coming!
The 'Energy Doctor' will be dashing to the rescue of homes around the Island, offering cures free of charge.
He or she will talk to residents about energy efficiency and green issues, and will help them get to work installing energy-saving measures in their homes.
The 'Energy Doctor' is being run the Department of Local Government and the Environment in conjunction with Age Concern, whose chief executive Penny Creighton (pictured) is excited by the initiative:
