Positive spin on redundancy

Being made redundant doesn't have to be a negative experience and the Isle of Man Careers Service is there to help you with whatever you decide to do.

Careers adviser Mark Boothroyd says it can be a chance for people to change their profession and even follow their dreams.

He says the service also encourages people to look beyond the usual means of seeking out vacancies (play attached audio file):
