Appeal after alleged assault

by isleofman.com 21st December 2008
Police are investigating an incident which occurred in the area of Meadow Crescent, Douglas, in the early hours of this morning (Sunday).

Two men, both described as slim build and wearing dark coloured hoodies, assaulted two other men who were walking in the area around 3.30am.

The victims received minor injuries.

Police say the incident is of concern to them and they're reminding people of the potential dangers of walking alone at night and in unlit areas.

They say it's important to plan your journey home and not go it alone.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to ring Pulrose Police Station on 631588.
