An MHK is insisting on the publication of the latest agreement under which the Isle of Man obtains gas supplies from the pipeline between Scotland and the Irish Republic.
Onchan member Peter Karran (pictured) says the deal is valued at hundreds of millions of pounds, and Tynwald has a right to know if it represents good value for money for the Island.
He wants wants the agreement to be submitted to the court for approval and says the issue needs to be handled properly, because lessons don't seem to have been learnt from the MEA affair (play attached audio file):
Tynwald will debate a motion tabled by Mr Karran, calling for the publication of the Bord Gais Eireann agreement.
