Young Manx racer Mark Cringle has joined forces with Lincolnshire-based Rob McElnea Racing for next season.

The 20 year old from Douglas will contest next season's British Supersport Cup on a Rob Mac Pro-ride Yamaha R6.

Mark enjoyed a great 2008 campaign which ended with him being crowned champion in the Michelin Young Guns Championship in the Triumph TDG Cup series.

The Championship victory was achieved during his first venture off-island.
