Vacancy on Board of Education

A vacancy’s arisen on the Board of Education in Ramsey.

Nominations are being sought following the resignation of Gill Kirk, who’s taken up a position at the Isle of Man College.

The main role of board members is to sit on schools’ governing bodies and advise the Department on policy matters.

The board meets twice a year.

Nomination papers can be obtained from the Returning Officer, at Dickinson and Cruickshank in Water Street in Ramsey and must be returned by Tuesday, October 7.
