Road closed after serious accident

by isleofman.com 21st August 2008
Police are carrying out an investigation after what’s described as a serious road traffic collision on the main Glen Vine to Ballacraine Road at about 10am this morning (Thursday).

A motorbike and a car were involved and police would like to speak to anyone who was travelling on the main Glen Vine to Greeba road between quarter to ten and ten past ten, or has any information that could assist.

They’d particularly like to speak to a motorcyclist who could have witnessed the incident or stopped at the scene. It’s believed the man had a child passenger and may have been wearing fluorescent clothing.

The road remains closed from the Ballacraine Junction to the Crosby Cross Road.
