Disney roles for island youngsters

Island youngsters can play a starring role in two Disney classics this summer.

Young people aged between eight and 12 can be involved in the Jungle Book Kids, while if you’re 12 and over, Aladdin Junior is the musical for you.

They’ll be performed at Ballakermeen High School’s studio theatre next month – the culmination of two holiday workshops run by Jaxon Productions.

After its successful staging of High School Musical last summer, Jaxon’s Sonia Callin (pictured) says they were obvious choices:


The Jungle Book seven-day workshop takes place from July the 27th to August the second, with the Aladdin workshop between August the 23rd and 31st.
